Date Due: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 19th.
- Please be sure to have your shoeboxes to the church by the morning of Nov. 19th.
- There is a $10 donation requested per box to cover shipping costs. Donations may be put in the offering on Sundays. Please make checks payable to Calvary Chapel Roseville and designate in the memo line that it is for Operation Christmas Child. Cash may be put in an envelope and marked Operation Christmas Child. If you would like to donate an amount beyond what covers any shoeboxes you put together, those funds will be used to cover costs of shoeboxes assembled by the youth and Sunday School students.
- Coming soon: a list of shoebox items the church still needs. Please prayerfully consider donating.
- Be sure to secure your shoeboxes with heavy duty rubber bands, not tape. This makes it easier for volunteers to inspect the boxes once they reach the distribution center.
- Factoid: Highest percentage of boxes received are for Girls 5-9. Smallest percentage of boxes received are for Boys 2-4 and 10-14.
- Consider including a personal note to your child. Tell them God loves them! And if you include your address, there is a possibility the child will be able to write back.
- Last but not least PRAY! Pray for the child who will receive your shoebox. Pray for their family and their community. Pray for the pastors and leaders ministering the Gospel on the outreaches, and everyone involved in this ministry.
